I’m pleased to offer you Macintosh technical support over the internet with the MacRevival Remote Support application. Remote support allows me to view your computer screen and use my keyboard and mouse to troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. I can only have access when you have the program running and you’ve provided me the ID and the randomly generated password for that session.
Feel free to download and install this custom TeamViewer program and install it on your system. If you have a problem with your Mac, but you can start it up and have an internet connection, I may be able to help you remotely to both solve the problem faster and save you time and money.
MacRevival Remote Support/TeamViewer requirements:
- Booting Macintosh computer
- Mac OS X Tiger or newer (10.4 or higher)
- Internet connection
